to be jarred loose of the perfect surfaces. To the south, the blinding white\
stops at a solid wall of darkness.\

The area is covered with blackness, and neither walls nor ceiling are visible.\
No torches are lit in the room; none have even been put up in an attempt to\
chase away the overbearing darkness. A deeper shadow littered with tiny,\
sparkling lights on the western wall creates the illusion of starlight shining\
from above. A great rumbling fills the walls of the tunnel. Small rocks and\
pebbles are in little piles near the walls.\
Surrounding the area is a shimmering shield, distorting everything you see.\
There is a small pool of blood that has been spilt here.\
